This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when using the No Vap iOS application (the “App”).

1) Information We Collect

We collect minimal data.

A) Information you provide

• Support communications: If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message.

B) Automatically collected for purchases

• Purchase metadata related to in-app purchases/subscriptions (e.g., product identifier, purchase date, receipt/entitlement info). We do not receive or store payment card data; Apple processes payments.

C) We do NOT collect

• Precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, “face data,” or similar sensitive categories.
• Advertising identifiers for ads, and we do not use third-party ad SDKs.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the App (including enabling and restoring purchases).
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• Maintain basic purchase records and app functionality.

Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of a contract (to provide the App), legitimate interests (operate/secure the App, prevent fraud), and consent where required.

3) Payments & Subscriptions

• Purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchases. We don’t collect card numbers or billing addresses.
