These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the No Vap iOS application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes, and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:
The App offers optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not store or handle credit card data. Subscription terms, renewals, and cancellations are managed via your Apple ID account settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link provided separately). Please review it to understand how we handle your information.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the App (including design, text, code, and content) belong to us. You may not copy or use them without permission.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, health outcomes, or device malfunction.
